We drive three and half miles, making two right turns before coming to what appears to be an abandoned warehouse.

“Are you sure this is the place?”

He unbuckles his seatbelt and steps outside of the car. He then pulls what looks like an IPhone out of his cloak.

“My radar indicates that this is the location”.

I get out of the car and look at the device in his hands.

"Did Apple make your radar?"

He looks emotionless as he begins walking towards the warehouse. I follow him.

We are very close to the front door when he suddenly holds his hand out in front of me.

“We must not approach from the front, too much danger. Let us go to the back.”

“Danger? What kind of danger?”

“Trouble.”

“Do you mean like Saved by the Bell, resolved by the end of the episode type trouble?”

“No."

We walk around to the back of the huge warehouse that is in the middle of nowhere.

He holds a finger to his mouth, indicating that he wants me to be quiet.

We come to a window as Reece stands in front of me, staring inside.

He then ducks down and pulls me to the ground before I can see what’s inside.

“What is it? The circus?”

He turns to me. “This is very serious.”

“Listen, I normally would be much more skeptical, but there have been some weird things happening to me the last few days."

“I want to hear about these instances. But first, I’d like you to look through the window.”

“Alright, but first tell me one thing, what is with the outfit?”

“The cloak is perfect for concealing the sword."

“Oh, that makes sense. Plus anybody who thinks its weird could just chalk it up to you being a part of some occult."

“Yes, now take a look.”

“Alright.”

I slowly stand up but Reece stops me again.

“Whatever you see, you must not scream.”

“You don’t have to worry about that. I am not someone who screams easily.”

I stand up slowly and peer inside.

My vision is horrible, I seriously need contacts. The inside of the warehouse starts as a blur but slowly begins to form into a crystal clear view.

What the…

A knot forms in my throat.

“Oh no!”

I scream, loud and erratically, until Reece covers up my mouth with his hand.

“What did we agree too? No screams right?”

“Yeah but I wasn't prepared for that!"

“What did you see?”

“It couldn’t be what I thought I saw."

“What was it?”

"Monsters! Well, I mean, they look like humans but they’re different.”

He lets go of me and nods.

“Take another look.”

I stand up slowly again and look inside the warehouse.

There are four things, shaped like human beings, but with hideously deformed faces. Their eyeballs reach out far in front of their heads. Their faces look badly burnt and their heads are covered with green, oozy hair. Maybe they were humans once, but now they are some type of genetic mutations.

I turn from the window.

“Are they Zombies?”

“That is one word for them. They are the undead. You could call them monsters, or zombies"

"Zombsters! But how??" I accidentally say it louder than I should have.

“Not so loud, you’ll give away our position!”

I look back inside the window.
